A comprehensive experience for transforming your idea into a fundable venture.

9:00 – 10:00 AM
Arrival, Breakfast & Team Formation. Food, networking, team and time to organize teams or refine roles if needed.
10:00 – 11:00 AM
Kickoff & Challenge Framing — AI for B2B. Overview of the challenge, expectations, and what enterprise buyers will be evaluating.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Build Sprint #1. Teams begin prototyping and shaping their venture. Mentors rotate through teams with focused guidance on Financials (CFA), Technology (CTO), Go-To-Market & Marketing (CMO), Sales (CRO), and Investment readiness.
12:00 – 1:00 PM
Lunch & Learn + Q&A. Live discussions with operators and investors covering financial strategy, technical architecture, GTM and marketing, sales strategy, and what investors look for at this stage.
1:00 – 5:00 PM
Build Sprint #2. Teams go beyond the pitch to strengthen their venture: pitch deck, financials, mockups, websites, diagrams, AI-generated proofs of concept, and supporting materials. Mentor check-ins provide targeted feedback across all functions.
5:00 – 6:30 PM
Dinner & Coaching Sessions. Continued mentor access for refinement. Teams are free to continue working after the final session as long as they are ready for Day 2 submissions.
